You will need to provide the listed items below to our leasing office located at 215 E. Charles Street, Hammond, LA 70401.

• Completed rental application*

• Valid photo ID

• Proof of income (Paystubs, tax returns, letter from employer, bank statement, etc)

• Application fee $45/person over 18 (Must be cashier's check or money order)

• Deposit fee (Must be cashiers check or money order). Call or visit a leasing agent for deposit fee amount
