With close to 5 years of property management experience and an extensive background in customer service, Ashley serves as a reliable point of contact for owners and tenants alike by skillfully handling accounts receivable and payable, document review and compliance, and managing communication correspondence with care and attention to detail. Armed with a degree in marketing, Ashley brings an added layer of insight to client interactions and correspondence that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Cindi is the driving force behind Rent Louisiana’s entire maintenance division. From property onboarding and routine inspections to proactive upkeep and emergency response, Cindi ensures every property in the Rent Louisiana portfolio meets the highest standards of care and quality. She seamlessly coordinates between in-house maintenance technicians, contracted vendors, tenants, and owners to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible — keeping investments protected and tenants comfortable. With outstanding logistics skills, an exceptional ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and a work ethic that sets the bar for the entire team, Cindi brings order and precision to even the most complex maintenance situations. With a natural gift for communication and an unwavering positive energy, Amy serves as a key liaison for the entire company. She manages the full leasing process from initial inquiry through move in and offers top-tier administrative support across all departments, all with professionalism and poise. As a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams, Lana serves as the face of the leasing experience — showing available units, answering leasing questions, and guiding prospective tenants through the application process with ease and expertise. Since joining Rent Louisiana in 2021, Lana has become an integral part of the team, combining her extensive real estate background with a genuine commitment to helping people find a place to call home.
